Adungo Oniogo David, known in literary circles as DaveShine, is a celebrated creative writer, poet, and a global authority in public speaking. His work is defined by a rare "maturity of soul," blending the logical precision of his academic background with a raw, evocative ability to navigate the human experience through the written word.

David’s influence extends from the lectern to the global stage. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Adjudicator for the Public Speaking tracks of both the Pan African (PAUDC) and East African (EAUDC) University Debate Championships. That same year, he earned the title of Country Best Speaker at the Great Debate in Ghana and addressed global leaders as a Keynote Speaker at the Doha Forum: Youth Edition in Qatar.

As the National Coordinator for PeaceJam Uganda, he leads initiatives for societal transformation, empowering the next generation of African leaders.
